By using Media Den, you agree to the following:
Agreement scope
This agreement is between you and the developer of Media Den, not Apple. The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for Media Den and its content.
Use at your own risk
You choose to use this app knowing it may not meet every need or work perfectly in every situation.
Your data
Things can go wrong with software, devices, and cloud services. If you lose data or cannot get it back, Media Den and its creators are not responsible and you agree not to hold them liable.
You are solely responsible for the security configuration of your preferred storage backend. Media Den and its creators have no liability or responsibility for storage backend misconfigurations.
Warranty
Media Den is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Media Den.
Product claims
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to Media Den, including but not limited to product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
Lawful use
You must not use this app to store or handle illegal content. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
License
You are granted a non-transferable license to use Media Den on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. Family Sharing participants may use the app as allowed by those rules.
Subscription
Media Den offers an optional annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase for premium features. Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. The lifetime purchase grants permanent access and does not renew. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Maintenance and support
The developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for any maintenance and support services for Media Den.
Intellectual property
The developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party claim that Media Den infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
Export compliance
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-party terms
When using Media Den, you must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement.
Third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
